# chamberchip_f559 — reference-chip bundle (chamber-chip family)

ADAPTATION — **NOT A REPLICA** — of microfluidic ChipShop *Fluidic 559*.

One stadium reaction chamber, 20 µL at 350 µm depth, with two
straight 0.5 mm feed channels and two Ø1.5 mm vertical access bores, in a monolithic
resin-SLA block.

## Provenance / honesty

- **Vendor-attributed (product page):** chamber volume 20 µL and chamber
  depth 350 µm. **Nothing else.**
- **OURS (not the vendor's):** the chamber shape, the footprint, the feed channels and
the port style. The vendor publishes no chamber outline, so the stadium is an
  inverse-solve: area = volume/depth = 57.1429 mm², width
  w = sqrt(A/2.5) = 4.7809 mm (holding chamberchip_f584's aspect ratio
  L/w = 2.7146), length 12.9783 mm.
- **This chip will not fit a ChipShop holder and is not dimensionally interchangeable
  with the vendor part.**
- **Ports:** straight cylindrical bores. They stand in for the vendor's MFCS Mini Luer sockets.

## Verification (trimesh, merged vertices)

| metric | value |
|---|---|
| chamber volume — target | 20 µL |
| chamber volume — mesh | 19.9955 µL (-0.022%) |
| footprint | 29.9782 × 7.7809 × 2.15 mm |
| chip watertight / Euler | True / 0 |
| void connected bodies | 1 |
| px_min @ 19 µm/px (Phrozen 12K, X) | 18.42 px |
| px_min @ 24 µm/px (Phrozen 12K, Y) | 14.58 px |
| px_min @ 7.6 µm/px (BYU Nordin) | 46.05 px |
| tier | good |

**Cross-family consistency:** the same inverse-solve reproduces the vendor volume to
−0.022% on every chamber in this family (2.5 / 5 / 10 / 20 / 50 µL) and on the original
f584. Agreement across a 20× volume range is the only cross-check available for parts
specified by volume alone.
